We have two packages available but please do ask if you require something a little different from what you see below:

Drapers Dance Parties...Our Place

• Exclusive use of the ballroom and lounges at Drapers Dance Centre
• 2 hour party slots available 7 days a week
• Party dance host to teach, entertain, play games and serve food
• Cold picnic style buffet and unlimited squash
• Gift for birthday child
• Certificates for all party guests
• Various themes available
• Food Included: f250 for up to 20 children. f8 per child thereafter.
• No food Included: f200 for up to 20 children, f5 per child thereafter
• Off peak rates (Monday-Friday Term time only 10am-2pm) available

Drapers Dance Parties...Your Place

• 1 or 2 hours entertainment by dance host including choreography and games
• Music system provided by us but venue is arranged by you
• Gift for party child plus certificates for guests
• 1 hour: £80
• 2 hours: £120

• If you arrange the venue then suitability, booking and expense is your responsibility.
• We will inform you if an additional charge for travel expenses/time is to be charged. This is not necessary for parties we deem to be in our locality.
• All prices are for a group of up to 20 children. If you expect more than this then please inform us upon booking as additional teaching staff may be required.
• You must inform us of any illness or condition of any child that may affect their ability to join in or complete any dance/game fully.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the remaining balance may be paid at any point before or on the day of the party.
Cancellations made prior to 1 month of party: 20% of full fee payable
Cancellations made within 1 month of party: 50% of full fee payable
