What is ZumbAtomic®?

ZumbAtomic® is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba® concept. It is NOT a Zumba® kids class. It is ZumbAtomic® - a separate and unique program that was designed with specific methods, music, and programming specifically for chidren.

The aim of Zumbatomic is to develop a healthy lifestyle, and to incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives. While exercise is a very important element of childhood development, Zumbatomic also considers other areas of the child's development.
